Code name the cleaner is an action movie about the main character, Jake (Cedric The Entertainer) who is knocked out unconsciously and wakes up not knowing who he is, what he does and what happened. Jake, who doesn’t know yet, has some valuable information that a Korean multi-millionaire wants. The millionaire uses his wife who plays like she is married to Jake after he wakes up to manipulate him into giving her the information/chip they want. Furthermore, as the story advances Jake gains his memory back piece by piece with rapid memory flashbacks and his real friends helping him find out who he really is, and what he does. This leads to him understanding what has been going on from the start and what they Korean millionaire wants, which then has him chased by several of the millionaire’s goons for the information/chip.
Throughout the movie it shows the insecurities and vulnerability of Jake and how his enemies play off it and try to use it for their benefit. Moreover, the insecurity that Jake’s enemies play off of is the fact that he was knocked unconsciously and lacks knowledge. They try to lure important information from him. In relation to animal farm, Snowball and Napoleon manipulate the animals also with their lack of knowledge. Both stories/ characters lack knowledge because they influence them to do things that they wouldn’t usually do. For example, in Code Name the Cleaner, the millionaire sells/uses his wife to make Jake believe he lives this rich luxurious fantasy life which in reality he doesn’t live, but she made him believe that so she can get the information she needs from him. In Animal Farm, Snowball and Napoleon, manipulates the animals by making them work, sacrificing their goods and cheating them of their food, and generally everything that goes on from the commandments to events that take place. The animals always received the minimum of everything because they didn’t have the knowledge to know or even to question why things are being operated the way they are. Moreover, both characters/stories insecurities which happens to be lack of knowledge keeps them in place and continuously makes them submit to their enemies or higher power.
In addition, to all of these things, there were many product placements throughout the movie. The products were specifically placed in that scene because it relates to the event taking place or the setting. In addition, there are various types of product placement and advertising in the movie, and some deals with cars, another with clothes, and lastly sex. Moreover, the cars, Jaguar x-type and Mercedes amg c63 are being advertised and product place in the movie. The jaguar is placed and advertised at the beginning of the movie when Jake’s fake wife pulls into the hotel parking lot, and it matches the clothes she has on, which are classy, stylish and able to move when “on the go”. The Mercedes is being showed all throughout the movie, but mainly in the scene where Jake escapes being killed by his fake wife, and this shows the Mercedes is nice and sleek, but really fast and able to get away which grasps the attention of sports car lovers who love to drive fast. Lastly, sex which is the most advertised object in any and every type of way it can be is shown 15 minutes after the movie starts. Jake’s fake wife Strips half-naked, and is used as a way to manipulate him and to give him what he wants if he gives her the information/chip. Movies never show a product such as a car or any other object for no reason there is a reason for them and it is grasping our attention to sell us whatever is being portrayed.

I really like how you used transition words to flow from one thought to the next. I appreciate the detail in each ecplanation of the scene.
You did a great job being sure to give specific and detailed responses about the product placement in the film!
CHeck for spelling, and grammatical errors. Be sure that you capitalize and underline Animal Farm as it is a novel. I really enjoyed your response.
